Welcome to Metronome. By accessing or using the Metronome mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
2. Use of the App
Metronome provides productivity tools designed to help users organize tasks, manage time, and improve focus. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
4. Subscriptions
Metronome may offer premium features through paid subscriptions.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal
- Pricing and billing are handled through the App Store
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create (such as tasks, routines, and data).
By using the App, you grant us permission to:
- Store your data
- Process your data to provide functionality
6. Google Account Connection
If you connect your Google account, you authorize Metronome to access only the Google scopes you approve at consent time.
Google Calendar integration is read-only. Metronome does not create, modify, or delete Google Calendar events through this connection.
You may revoke Metronome's Google access at any time in Google account permissions and/or Metronome settings. Revoking access may disable calendar-related features.

7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App
- Reverse engineer or exploit the system
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metronome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
